Transformation is laying the foundations for HBF’s transition to Salesforce, cloud computing, advanced data analytics and the replacement of the core insurance IT system. The programme is helping HBF define & adopt new operating models and ways of working to ensure the benefits of these changes are delivered for HBF’s members.
